Deepak appears before the High Courts of Rajasthan, Delhi and Madhya Pradesh, and before Sessions Courts and tribunals across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.

Beyond litigation, he handles substantial legal due diligence on land, mining and labour matters and advises clients on related questions. He was previously in-house counsel at a leading mining company, where he built deep expertise in mining law and corporate contract drafting.

Sakshi has significant experience in constitutional law, commercial litigation and consumer protection law.

She regularly appears before a wide range of judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, including the High Court of Rajasthan, the NCLT, Consumer Commissions, Tax Appellate Tribunals and Labour Courts. She also plays an active role in litigation management and in building and maintaining client relationships, working closely with the partners.

Vishal works on commercial disputes in the infrastructure and energy sectors, drawing on his background in mechanical engineering.

He also handles corporate litigation and disputes under GST law and the Companies Act.

An experienced litigator with more than 25 years at the Bar, Dharamveer is Capstone’s face in the trial courts.

He is regularly instructed in criminal trials, civil trials and civil revisions, and specialises in tax evasion trials and in matters involving the Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

Giriraj has been part of the legal profession in Jaipur for more than three decades, and has been with Capstone Legal since 2012.

Registered with the All Rajasthan Advocate Clerk Association, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur, in 1994, he began his career in the office of Adv. J.S. Rastogi, where he built a strong grounding in court procedure, filings and case documentation. His experience of High Court practice, careful handling of records and dependable day-to-day coordination of matters make him a valued member of the team.
