With over 6 years of experience, Deepak is a Senior Associate at the firm and has appeared before Rajasthan, Delhi, and Madhya Pradesh High Courts, and various Sessions Courts and tribunals across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. His practice extends beyond litigation to include substantial legal due diligence (land, mining, labour) and advisory services. He previously served as In-House Counsel for a leading Mining Company, gaining expertise in mining laws and corporate contract drafting.

Enrolled with the Bar Council of Telangana since 2022, Sakshi has significant experience in constitutional law, commercial litigation and Consumer Protection Laws. She regularly appears before a diverse array of judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, including the High Court of Rajasthan, NCLT, Consumer Commissions, Tax Appellate Tribunals, Labour Courts, and various other trial courts and tribunals. Additionally, She plays an active role in litigation management and in cultivating and maintaining client relationships, providing key support to the Partners.

An alumnus of Government Law College, Mumbai, Vishal has been associated with Capstone Legal since 2025. Having a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, Vishal is actively involved in Commercial Disputes pertaining to the Infrastructure and Energy Sector. He is also well-versed in Corporate Litigation and disputes related to GST Law & Companies Act.

An experienced litigator with more than 15 years’ experience at the Bar, he is Capstone’s face in the Trial Courts. He is regularly instructed to appear in criminal trials, civil trials, civil revisions etc. He is a specialist in cases involving tax evasion trials, anti-corruption department and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

Barry Harwood
He is a former Barrister with over 22 years’ experience at the Bar. He runs Harwood Law which specialises in Employment Law in the UK along with assisting foreign businesses in navigating through complex employment laws in England & Wales.

Based in London, Ferdi is the Managing Partner of an international boutique law firm. He is regularly instructed by leading HNIs and companies based in Turkey and Middle East.
