1. Representing one of India’s largest IT company in a dispute with the Government of Rajasthan which resulted in filing of a criminal case against the officers of the Company. Capstone appeared for the company and officers before the High Court in section 482 Cr.P.C. petition in addition to several cases before various fora.

2. Representing a leading hospitality and real estate company in a dispute pertaining to transmission of shares and oppression & mismanagement before National Company Law Tribunal, Jaipur.

3. Representing one of the erstwhile royal families of Rajasthan in a civil dispute with the state government and third parties. The case involves one of the prime pieces of real estate in India.

4. Represented a leading cement conglomerate in a series of disputes with respect to land tax, mining dues and environmental clearances.

5. Representing one of India’s leading renewable energy companies in a series of civil suits and connected criminal cases filed against the officers of the company in courts at Jaisalmer and Jodhpur.
